We’ve been there. As executive Black women, founders and Members of ONE X LEAGUE, many of us were the first, having to do it alone – and with obstacles designed specifically for us. We see you, the emerging Black women coming behind us and we want you to succeed, have all the tools, and avoid the pitfalls that we’ve experienced. So we created this private league, ONE NEXT LEAGUE, exclusively for you.
We understand the complexities of navigating the world as a Black woman and we want to do everything we can to ensure that you win. Big.
OUR WHY
Our mission is to support and enable emerging Black women with the insights needed to achieve what they define as success, guidance while navigating experiences unique to Black women, community to fill the gaps, and access to exclusive environments.
OUR MISSION
Career
We understand that being twice as good is often required to secure opportunities as a Black woman. We also understand what’s required to achieve success in a variety of fields, have the experience and connections in many spaces, and provide support and resources for members to navigate their unique journeys.
Wellness
We understand that holistic wellness (physical, mental, financial, and emotional) is as important as nutrition to one’s health in order to function at an optimal level. Members are supported with space and resources, specific to the Black experience, to make wellness a daily priority without stigma.
Entrepreneurship
We understand the pride, freedom, temptations, and challenges that come with launching a business. The needs, demands, loneliness, successes, and opportunity to build generational wealth are what’s both exciting and terrifying about entrepreneurship. We’ve been there, are thriving and guide members through the nuances of it all.
OUR FOCUS
In addition to a network of amazing emerging Black and Afro-Latinx women, Members will have access to our monthly career, wellness and entrepreneur resources; insight from the Black women executives and founders of ONE X LEAGUE; invites to our Members-only experiences; opportunities and perks from our partners; and much more.
